Workshop topic will look at how the many competing responsibilities in a woman’s life can cause her to neglect caring for self.  However, spiritual renewal and self care follows the model set by the creator Himself when he spent 6 days creating and took a day of rest.  Furthermore, this model is essential to being able to be of service in the kingdom of God.

Ephesians 2:10 tells us that we are created for good works and that it has been foreordained for us to walk in them.  Knowing what our God-given gifts are and how we can use them will enable us to be the women God created us to be.

                                    Who is the phenomenal woman and what makes her phenomenal? 

Examining the virtues of the woman described in Proverbs 31 gives us insight as to who this woman is and how we, too, can be phenomenal women of God.

Examining the Physical and Emotional Changes experienced by Women across the Various Stages of Life

Each decade of life brings its own particular characteristics.  From childbearing to menopause and beyond, the female body undergoes numerous metamorphoses throughout the aging process.  This workshop will present information regarding the medical and psychological processes experienced by women in their 20’s, 30’s, etc. and give practical advice regarding how to deal with these changes during the various stages of life.
